Easy steps to purchase Bianca

  • Purchase a Bianca with your key type.
  • After you receive your new Bianca, activate it with the Tile App.
  • Take your old house key and your new Bianca to your closest locksmith to cut the blade and be able to open your door.

HOW DO I RECOGNIZE MY KEY TYPE?
Bianca is compatible with 90% of residential locks. The main supported lock brands are Kwikset, Schlage, and Weiser. Look at the shape of the key to see if it's compatible. Additionally you can look for markings on your key. For Kwikset keys you can find the following engravings: KW1 or 65. For Schalge keys you can find the following engravings: SC1 or 68.
HOW DO I CUT BIANCA'S KEY BLADE TO FIT MY OWN LOCK?
Bianca will arrive in the mail uncut. To get it cut, simply bring your Bianca with your original house key to you local locksmith or hardware store.
WHAT CAN I DO WHEN THE BATTERY RUNS OUT?
Bianca is designed to last a whole year maintenance free. When the battery is about to run out we will contact you to offer you a replacement. Thanks to Bianca's modular design you can keep the key blade and swap only the battery module.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled if they haven't shipped yet. If your order has shipped, please ask for a refund and money will be refund when item arrives to our facilities.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will provide you with a tracking number. you can use this number in your carrier website to track your package.
